Around 7 a.m., the driver of a Toyota, heading towards Elblągska Street, crashed into the wall of the underground passage for unknown reasons
The police confirmed that the driver, despite receiving assistance, died at the scene.
Medics and rescuers provided assistance to the 57-year-old man, but they were unable to save him. Road police officers and forensic experts are working at the scene, conducting an inspection, documenting evidence, and preparing photographic documentation.
