Starting in June, additional paid parking will be opened in Gdańsk. Due to limited access for vehicles in the city center, authorities are urging the use of public transport.
Traditionally, parking is organized for residents and tourists at Plac Zebrań Ludowych, where you can leave your car and then move around the center on foot. For owners of the Gdańsk Resident Card, the cost is 20 zlotys. The parking will start operating on June 27 — coinciding with the beginning of the summer season.
Bus parking
From June 1, bus parking is available on Siennicka, Wiesława, Okopowa, 3 Maja streets, as well as on Długie Ogrody.
Paid parking by the sea and in the city
Starting in early June, payment has been introduced for parking in the coastal zone. A paid parking zone will also be launched in the Jelitkowo area — on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Additionally, paid parking will appear on Czarny Dwór, Kapliczna, and Błękitna streets.
