On Saturday evening, residents and visitors of Sopot spotted British actor Henry Cavill — the Hollywood star known for his roles as Superman and Geralt of Rivia.
The situation became even more unusual when the bar staff asked the actor to confirm his age — the employees, unable to believe their eyes, requested identification from him. According to Polish regulations, age verification is mandatory when selling alcohol and applies to everyone without exception, even to global celebrities.

Late in the evening, Cavill left the bar and went for a walk along the Sopot promenade with friends.
Henry Cavill has been in Poland for several weeks, participating in the filming of a new version of the movie «The Immortal» — a remake of the cult fantasy from 1986. The story tells of immortal warriors who have fought each other for centuries for the ultimate prize.
The filming took place in various countries: earlier, the team worked in Scotland, and then in Poland — in Łódź, Częstochowa, Gdańsk, and Gdynia.
