Karstensen Shipyard Poland once again invites residents of Trójmiasto and tourists to a spectacular event — the launching of a fishing vessel on the historic grounds of the shipyard, next to the green KONE cranes. This time, the operation promises to be particularly impressive: the vessel is located at the highest point of the B1 slipway, so its path along the launching rails will exceed 200 meters
Next Wednesday, June 24, there will be a public launch of the vessel. The operation is scheduled for 11:00, but the shipyard gates will be open to visitors from 10:40. Entrance is from Malarzy Street, near the SKM Stocznia station in Gdańsk.
This is already the fourth vessel launch at Karstensen Shipyard Poland this year and the second one conducted with public participation. In just 3.5 years of operation in Gdańsk, the shipyard has launched 16 vessels.
