The St. Dominic’s Fair in Gdańsk starts in a week: over 700 participants, world cuisines, and dozens of events

In just a week, one of the most famous city traditions will begin in Gdańsk — the St. Dominic's Fair. This year, visitors can expect around 715 stalls, participants from various regions of Poland and foreign guests, as well as a rich cultural program

In 2026, the fair will feature around 715 stands. Of these, approximately 250 belong to entrepreneurs from the Pomeranian Voivodeship, and another 150 belong to companies from Gdańsk.

“This shows how important an economic event the fair is for Gdańsk and all of Pomerania,” noted the city’s mayor, Aleksandra Dulkiewicz

The event annually attracts thousands of tourists from Poland and other countries. The large influx of guests provides support for local restaurants, cafes, and representatives of the gastronomic business

Cuisines of the world and Pomeranian traditions

One of the main features of the fair will be the international gastronomic zone. Visitors will be able to try dishes from different countries, while local producers will present traditional products, natural goods, and regional specialties

A separate zone for cities and regions will introduce guests to the culture of different parts of Poland and abroad. Representatives from the Mazowieckie, Łódzkie, Zachodniopomorskie, Opolskie, Podkarpackie, and Podlaskie voivodeships, as well as from Wrocław, Moldova, and Uzbekistan will participate.

The traditional Pomeranian street with local goods and crafts will return to Szeroka Street

Concerts, meetings, and new souvenirs

After a long break, visitors will once again be offered a paper fair book. A special booth with official event souvenirs — T-shirts, bags, keychains, and other merchandise — will also open near the Złote Wrota.
