Pierwszy zosta\u0142 z\u0142o\u017cony pod koniec kwietnia, a drugi 18 maja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The basis for such actions was a ruling by the Court of Justice of the European Union issued at the end of last year. According to the ruling, EU member states are required to recognize same-sex marriages if they were legally concluded in any other country of the union. As a result, Polish courts have begun to gradually implement this decision in practice<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the near future, a marriage act transcription system adapted for LGBT+ couples should be operational in Gda\u0144sk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, Poland currently lacks separate forms for registering same-sex marriages.
