W Polsce zmieniaj\u0105 si\u0119 zasady przeprowadzania egzamin\u00f3w pa\u0144stwowych z j\u0119zyka polskiego dla cudzoziemc\u00f3w. Reforma ma na celu uproszczenie organizacji test\u00f3w oraz zwi\u0119kszenie liczby egzaminator\u00f3w w odpowiedzi na gwa\u0142towny wzrost zapotrzebowania na certyfikaty j\u0119zykowe.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The bill was prepared by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. The main part of the changes will come into effect in 2027, but some provisions will start to apply already during the recruitment period for the 2026\/2027 academic year. The amendments to the law have been signed by the President of Poland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Initially, the Polish language certificate was primarily used in the academic environment. However, in recent years, it has become an important document for migration procedures as well<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Gazeta Prawna<\/em>, while in 2018 just over 5,000 people took the exam, by 2024 that number is expected to exceed 21,700.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the official, the changes should speed up the work of the State Commission for the Confirmation of Knowledge of Polish as a Foreign Language and adapt the system to new visa and educational requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tighter requirements for examination centers<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Egzaminy b\u0119d\u0105 przeprowadzane tylko przez instytucje, kt\u00f3re faktycznie ucz\u0105 j\u0119zyka polskiego lub prowadz\u0105 programy filologii polskiej. Ministerstwo Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wy\u017cszego b\u0119dzie mia\u0142o prawo do cofania licencji na przeprowadzanie egzamin\u00f3w \u2014 zar\u00f3wno na wniosek komisji, jak i z w\u0142asnej inicjatywy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More examiners and redistribution of workload<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

According to the reform, one examination commission will be able to accept up to 30 candidates at the same time instead of the previous 20. An additional examiner will be appointed for every additional 15 people<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The pool of specialists who can work in the commissions will also expand. In addition to graduates of Polish philology, teachers with other higher education will also be allowed to take the exams if they have practical experience in teaching Polish as a foreign language.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, the State Commission for the Confirmation of Knowledge of Polish as a Foreign Language will have the right to inspect the work of examination centers<\/p>\n\n\n\n
