To oznacza wzrost o 180 z\u0142 (3,7%) i 1,20 z\u0142 (3,8%).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The agency notes that this amount is approximately 50% of the projected average salary in 2027 (9971 z\u0142) and insists that this principle should be maintained going forward<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The final proposal will be sent by the government to the Social Dialogue Council, where employers, trade unions, and the cabinet will negotiate for 30 days. If an agreement is not reached, the government will make the decision, and the minimum wage will be approved by September 15.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"trade-unions-demand-more\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Trade Unions Demand More<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The trade unions NSZZ \u201cSolidarno\u015b\u0107\u201d, OPZZ, and FZZ propose raising the minimum wage to <strong>5200 z\u0142 gross<\/strong> \u2014 an increase of more than 8%.
