The initiative was launched by a Belarusian living in the Pomeranian Voivodeship. Like many others, he is waiting for a decision on his residence permit and assumes that the wait could stretch for years. According to him, the problem is not with one specific case, but with the system as a whole: long processing times, stalled cases, complicated procedures, and overloaded offices. Instead of complaints, he decided to propose solutions \u2014 and prepared three documents addressed to different authorities.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It proposes:

\u25aa\ufe0f to simplify the appointment for biometrics
\u25aa\ufe0f to require fewer documents that are already in state registers<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2\ufe0f\u20e3 Petition to the Sejm (changes to laws)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

It proposes:
\u25aa\ufe0f that the lack of biometrics should not delay the consideration
\u25aa\ufe0f to simplify the process of obtaining repeated residence permits
\u25aa\ufe0f to ease procedures for entrepreneurs and specialists
\u25aa\ufe0f to create specific simplifications for children
\u25aa\ufe0f to guarantee the legality of stay while awaiting a decision<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It proposes:
\u25aa\ufe0f to consolidate various government databases
\u25aa\ufe0f to reduce manual data entry
\u25aa\ufe0f to speed up case processing
\u25aa\ufe0f to develop digital tools for employees
\u25aa\ufe0f to consider the use of AI
\u25aa\ufe0f to make case status more accessible online<\/p>\n\n\n\n
