As a result, cyclists are forced to choose between riding on the roadway with heavy traffic and riding on the sidewalk, which technically violates the rules<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cyclists emphasize that the choice of the sidewalk is dictated not by ignoring the law, but by safety considerations.
