According to meteorologists&#8217; forecasts, from July 29, a strong heat wave will hit the country, which may last until August 8. Meteorologists do not rule out new temperature records<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Earlier in late June, Poland already recorded extreme heat: in S\u0142ubice, the temperature reached <strong>41 degrees<\/strong>, and in Toru\u0144 \u2014 around <strong>40 degrees<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the heat, specialists advise avoiding walks during the hottest hours, drinking enough water, and not leaving children and animals in closed cars<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>After the rains and storms in Poland, a sharp warming will begin.
