Nowe przepisy wejd\u0105 w \u017cycie 1 wrze\u015bnia 2026 roku.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ban will be in effect <strong>during lessons, during breaks, and during other activities<\/strong>. It also applies to activities outside of school \u2014 for example, physical education classes on sports fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The rules will apply to students of <strong>public and private primary schools<\/strong>. Phones will not be allowed to be used not only for calls but also for shooting, recording sound, and other forms of communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"phones-will-be-banned-in-kindergartens-as-well\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Phones will be banned in kindergartens as well<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ograniczenia b\u0119d\u0105 r\u00f3wnie\u017c dotyczy\u0107 przedszkoli i oddzia\u0142\u00f3w przedszkolnych w szko\u0142ach. Dzieciom nie b\u0119dzie wolno przynosi\u0107 i u\u017cywa\u0107 urz\u0105dze\u0144 elektronicznych podczas zaj\u0119\u0107 i innych aktywno\u015bci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Exceptions are provided for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The phone will be available for use:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n\n<li>for health reasons \u2014 for example, to manage a chronic illness<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>if the device is necessary due to a disability or special needs of the child<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>if the teacher allows it for conducting a lesson or testing knowledge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to urgently contact the parents;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in case of a threat to life or health.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Szko\u0142y b\u0119d\u0105 mog\u0142y tworzy\u0107 specjalne miejsca do przechowywania smartfon\u00f3w. The violation may also affect the <strong>behavior grade<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"there-will-be-no-ban-in-high-schools-technical-schools-and-post-secondary-schools\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>There will be no ban in high schools, technical schools, and post-secondary schools<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new law does not introduce a general ban on phones in <strong>lyceums, technical schools, and post-secondary schools<\/strong>. Each school will establish its own rules for smartphone usage.
