The cargo passed through Lviv, and then the head of the foundation, Aleksandra Kami\u0144ska, continued the journey on her own. The entire trip took four weeks, and the route exceeded 8,000 kilometers.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe scheme is always the same. Buses take me to the border. Then I switch to a pickup and continue with a truck full of things,\u201d says Kami\u0144ska.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to her, during the unloading, there is hardly any talk of charity or solidarity. Instead, there are short conversations, handshakes, smiles, and sometimes tears.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cYou drink coffee standing up, listening to the stories of the fighting soldiers. In the hospital, we most often meet in the basement, where the medics work. There\u2019s time for a quick handshake, a short conversation,\u201d says the head of the foundation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Assistance from Gda\u0144sk has been delivered to the Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, and Dnipropetrovsk regions. Military personnel and medical staff received drone detectors, generators, batteries, Starlink, laptops, and other equipment<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hospital beds, bedding, medicines, medical equipment, bandages, blankets, and wheelchairs have been collected for hospitals. Volunteers also delivered food, hygiene products, and several tons of dog and cat food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A total of 725 people participated in the collection, as well as companies, schools, and organizations<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kami\u0144ska brought with her to Gda\u0144sk a black wing of the Shahed-136 drone, which recently attacked a fuel station where the convoy had stopped multiple times<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The next trip is planned for early September.
