What drivers and passengers need to know"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Starting from August 8, significant changes will come into effect at one of Gda\u0144sk&#039;s key transport hubs \u2014 Hucisko. After several phases of work, traffic for cars will be significantly simplified, and dozens of bus routes will return to their usual patterns<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"hucisko-will-once-again-be-fully-passable\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hucisko will once again be fully passable<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Starting Saturday, vehicles will be able to pass through the <strong>Hucisko junction in all directions<\/strong>. This should significantly improve the situation for drivers who have faced restrictions and detours in recent weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the same time, the organization of public transport traffic is changing. From the first morning departures, buses on the previous routes are returning for lines <strong>106, 108, 111, 112, 123, 132, 138, 154, 166, 178, 186, 189, 208, 212, 289, 606 and M32<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The changes will also affect night transport. On the night of <strong>August 8 to 9<\/strong>, buses <strong>N1, N4, N5, N8, N9, N14, N56, N78, N89, and T8<\/strong> will return to the previous traffic scheme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"some-stops-will-remain-changed-for-now\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Some stops will remain changed for now<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Despite the opening of the hub, passengers should not completely forget about the temporary changes for now<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The stop <strong>Hucisko 94<\/strong> on Podwal Grodzki will temporarily continue to serve as the stop <strong>Hucisko 03<\/strong> near the New Town Hall. The location of the stop for buses heading towards <strong>Nowe Ogrody<\/strong> will also change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Therefore, before the trip, passengers should check the current route and the location of stops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"trams-will-return-later\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trams will return later<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Work on Hucisko is not yet completed. Although car traffic will be restored, <strong>trams will not be running through the junction for now<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The resumption of tram services is expected <strong>at the end of August<\/strong>. Until then, passengers will have to use the existing alternatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The finishing works on the main junction are also planned to be completed by the end of August. At the same time, they should no longer significantly disrupt vehicle traffic<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Until <strong>August 15<\/strong>, one of the pedestrian crossings will remain closed \u2014 between the city council building and the Polish Scouts park.
