W\u015br\u00f3d proponowanych dzia\u0142a\u0144 znajduje si\u0119 rozw\u00f3j edukacji obywatelskiej i mi\u0119dzykulturowej, kt\u00f3ra powinna pom\u00f3c w walce z uprzedzeniami i promowa\u0107 kultur\u0119 wzajemnego szacunku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"against-the-backdrop-of-attacks-on-ukrainians\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Against the backdrop of attacks on Ukrainians<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The adoption of the resolution took place against the backdrop of several cases of aggression towards Ukrainians in Poland<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In recent weeks, there have been reports of attacks and insults related to the nationality of the alleged victims. Among the affected were children. In Legnica, two 13-year-old citizens of Ukraine were attacked by a 26-year-old woman. Another incident occurred in Bielsko-Bia\u0142a, where a man insulted Ukrainian teenagers on a city bus. Among them were two 11-year-old girls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Czes\u0142aw Mroczek, the number of hate crimes in Poland is on the rise. In 2024, the police recorded 760 such crimes, and in 2025, there were already around 1200.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The senators emphasized that combating xenophobia and discrimination is a common task for the state and society.
