It replaces the old, partially paper-based process, which was complicated, slow, and often relied on intermediaries who took queues and created additional costs.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now, the application process is almost entirely digital. Applications are submitted through the government portal login.gov.pl with Profil Zaufany, and all documents are uploaded online and signed with an electronic signature. Paper submissions will mostly disappear<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, once the application is submitted, it is no longer possible to make changes or add documents \u2014 the system does not allow for editing. If something changes (for example, employment or the basis for stay), the information will need to be sent separately through the electronic system e-Dor\u0119czenia or by mail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wszystkie oficjalne powiadomienia \u2014 pro\u015bby o dokumenty, wezwania do biura oraz decyzje \u2014 b\u0119d\u0105 wysy\u0142ane do skrzynki e-Dor\u0119czenia. Jednocze\u015bnie obowi\u0105zek osobistych wizyt pozostaje, na przyk\u0142ad w celu pobrania odcisk\u00f3w palc\u00f3w i weryfikacji oryginalnych dokument\u00f3w.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The familiar stamp in the passport, which previously confirmed legal stay, will also disappear. Instead, there will be a digital document UPO that needs to be downloaded and carried.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">W rezultacie oczekuje si\u0119, \u017ce MOS 2.0 upro\u015bci sam proces aplikacji i zmniejszy wp\u0142yw po\u015brednik\u00f3w, ale system staje si\u0119 bardziej rygorystyczny: po z\u0142o\u017ceniu wniosku wnioskodawca ma mniej mo\u017cliwo\u015bci wprowadzenia poprawek.
