Jednocze\u015bnie nie ma plan\u00f3w budowy na Polance \u2014 ma ona zachowa\u0107 sw\u00f3j zielony i naturalny charakter.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"what-will-appear\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">What will appear<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The redevelopment will primarily affect the area of the former open-air swimming pools. A new recreational space of over <strong>24,000 sq. m<\/strong> is planned to be created here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n\n<li>playground;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sensory path;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>new pedestrian paths and squares;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lighting;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bicycle path;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>elements of small architecture;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>new plantings of trees and shrubs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Designers should preserve existing trees and natural habitats as much as possible<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"they-will-also-update-the-infrastructure\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">They will also update the infrastructure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A reconstruction of part of Ejsmonda Street, the parking lot, and the bus terminal is planned. There will also be a building with restrooms for visitors and social facilities for bus drivers<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A separate renovation of the staircase leading from Polanka to the beach is planned<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The city emphasizes that it is important to preserve the natural character of the area during the renovation.
