Ukrainian forward Bohdan Vyunnyk will leave «Lechia» from Gda\u0144sk and continue his career at Warsaw’s «Legia». The clubs have already agreed on the terms of the transfer. Initially, the player will go on loan, and after the 2026\/27 season, «Legia» will have to buy out his contract. The deal will amount to around 700\u2013800 thousand euros.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Negotiations about the future of the 24-year-old footballer lasted several weeks. After «Lechia» was relegated from the Ekstraklasa, Wi\u00f3rnik received offers from several clubs but was in no hurry to agree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the options was «Korona» from Kielce. The transfer to this club was almost finalized, but at the last moment, the Ukrainian asked for time to think. In the end, the parties did not finalize the deal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In «Lechia,» the footballer had to play in different positions. He appeared both in the center of the attack and on the wing, and sometimes operated deeper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Warsaw club just needed another forward. Mileta Rajovi\u0107 has been loaned to the Danish club «Midtjylland,» and the coaching staff no longer counts on Antonio \u010colak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In these circumstances, Wjujnik has become one of the main options for strengthening the attack<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ukrainian is already familiar with the infrastructure of "Legia" \u2014 he visited the club's training base, Legia Training Center. Moreover, Wjunnik previously indicated that he would like to continue his career specifically with the Warsaw team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

61 match and 10 goals for «Lechia»<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Wjunek joined «Lechia» in March 2024. In a year and a half in Gda\u0144sk, he played 61 official matches and scored 10 goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last season, the Ukrainian played 28 matches in the Ekstraklasa and scored three times against opponents<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was unable to secure a place in the main squad, however, the coaches appreciated his versatility. Wi\u00f3rnik could play in several positions and adapted to the team’s tactical scheme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After "Lechia" was relegated from the Ekstraklasa, the footballer decided to look for a new club. The opportunity to move to "Legia" turned out to be the most attractive for him<\/p>\n\n\n\n

«Lechia» will earn up to 800 thousand euros<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For "Lechia," the sale of Wi\u00f3rnik is important not only from a squad perspective but also from a financial standpoint. The Gda\u0144sk club will receive up to 800 thousand euros for the player \u2014 a significant amount for a team that now competes in the second tier of Polish football<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the same time, Wjujnik may not be the only notable player leaving Gda\u0144sk this summer. The future of Ivan Zhelizko and Kamilo Meny remains uncertain<\/p>\n\n\n\n
