Just last year, inspectors issued nearly 20,000 additional fines for traveling without a valid ticket<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the director of ZKM Gdynia, Hubert Ko\u0142odziejski, the record holders have debts exceeding 20 thousand zlotys<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2014 These are people who accumulate more than twenty trips without a ticket in a year. If, for example, one of the trips incurs a fine of around 7,000 zlotys, then another 7,000 and another 7,000, plus additional charges and fees, it is easy to accumulate an amount exceeding 20,000 zlotys.
