Last year alone, inspectors issued nearly 20,000 additional fines for traveling without a valid ticket.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the director of ZKM Gdynia, Hubert Ko\u0142odziejski, some offenders have debts exceeding 20,000 zlotys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2014 These are people who accumulate more than twenty trips without a ticket in a year. If, for example, one of the fines is around 7,000 zlotys, then another 7,000 and another 7,000, plus additional charges and fees, it is easy to accumulate an amount exceeding 20,000 zlotys.
