Both have already received expulsion orders.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The citizen of Ukraine did not have an identity document with him during the check. His identity was established by the Border Guard officers through information systems and a Ukrainian internal document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It turned out that he had previously been convicted for driving under the influence of alcohol. Later, he was tried again for driving during a ban, and then he drove a vehicle while intoxicated once more. He will now be forcibly expelled to Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The citizen of Georgia was in Poland without a visa or any other permit. He was detained. The court found him guilty of participating in the brutal beating of a person in the Lublin Voivodeship. The victim sustained serious, life-threatening injuries. The man was sentenced to 3 years in prison. After completing the processing procedure, he will also be expelled and placed in a center for foreigners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Both foreigners are banned from re-entering Poland for 5 years.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A citizen of Ukraine and a citizen of Georgia must leave Poland due to committed crimes.
