Starting June 12, a temporary traffic scheme will be introduced in Gdańsk due to the repair of the tram crossing at the intersection of Marynarki Polskiej, Swojskiej, and Reja streets. During the weekend (June 13 and 14), tram traffic on lines 2, 3, and 10 will be completely halted. The work is expected to be completed by June 22.
According to the Gdański Zarząd Zieleni, the repairs will begin immediately after the last tram passes on Friday and will last until Sunday. During this time, buses will replace the trams.
What will change
- Trams heading to the Nowy Port depot will take a detour via Opera and Brzeźno
- The Saturday service at 5:18 from the Łostowice Świętokrzyska 02 stop will be extended to the Nowy Port depot. The 6:24 service will depart from the Nowy Port depot and leave at the same time from the Brzeźno Dom Zdrojowy 02 stop
- Line 10It will operate on a shortened route:Nowy Port — Brzeźno — Jana z Kolna — Dworzec Główny — Siedlce — Brętowo PKM.The schedule for the Twarda — Brętowo PKM section will remain unchanged.
- Line T10 (replacement)A bus will be launched: Nowy Port Szaniec Zachodni — Politechnika SKM.
From June 15 to 21, trams will return to the regular schedule; however, passage through the repaired section will still be closed. Full traffic will be restored after the work is completed — approximately on June 22.
