110 mieszkańców Gdańska będzie mogło otrzymać do 2500 złotych na zakup nowego roweru elektrycznego. Program "Gdański Elektryk" ma na celu zachęcenie mieszkańców do przesiadania się z samochodów na bardziej ekologiczne środki transportu oraz zmniejszenie korków.
Who can receive a subsidy?
Applications can be submitted by adult residents of Gdańsk who have filed a PIT for the year 2025 with the local tax office. Each participant will be able to receive only one payment for the purchase of a new electric bicycle.
How much can you get?
The subsidy amount will be up to 50% of the cost of the bicycle, but no more than 2500 zlotys.
When can you apply?
The application submission will open on September 22, 2026, at 6:00 PM, on the International Car-Free Day.
Documents can be submitted only online through the program’s website “Gdański Elektryk”, which will launch at the beginning of September. The participation rules and answers to frequently asked questions will also be published there.
Applications will be accepted until September 29, 2026, 11:59 PM, however, the acceptance may close earlier if the allocated funds run out.
After the document verification, participants will be informed of the results. Subsidies will be granted to those who are the first to correctly complete the application and meet all the program's conditions. This is not a lottery or a competition
How to get money?
First, the participant signs the contract, and only after that can they purchase the bicycle. Then it is necessary to provide the invoice and other documents. After their verification, the money will be transferred to the bank account.
Which bicycles are suitable?
The program applies only to new electric bicycles that meet the requirements of Polish legislation. The electric motor must assist only while pedaling, and support must automatically turn off at speeds above 25 km/h.
