The small kebab place Ayla Gemüse Kebab in Sopot has quickly become one of the most talked-about gastronomic spots in the Tricity area. The reason is a review by popular Polish food blogger Książulo, who highly praised the establishment and awarded it his Muala mark for the first time in the region
Ayla Gemüse Kebab recently opened at Bohaterów Monte Cassino 14 in Sopot. From the very beginning, the owners focused on the concept of Berlin's Gemüse Kebab — a kebab with a lot of fresh vegetables, meat, and signature sauces

The menu of the establishment is characterized by simplicity: just a few dish options, three house sauces, and one type of meat. According to the owners, this approach allows for better control over the quality of each ingredient.
This idea particularly appealed to Książulo. During the review, the blogger noted that the establishment lacks unnecessary elements and a huge selection of toppings — instead, the focus is on the taste and quality of the base
"From the first bite, it's clear that everything is present"
The main dish of the review was the Gemüse Kebab in a bun priced at 29 zlotys. The blogger pointed out the fresh vegetables, quality bread, juicy meat, and well-matched sauces. He particularly highlighted the balance of flavors: no ingredient overpowers the others, and all components create a unified dish
"Z pierwszym kęsem rozumiem, że wszystko jest tutaj," powiedział bloger podczas degustacji.
He also noted the good price-to-quality ratio, calling Ayla Gemüse Kebab one of the most affordable options for authentic Gemüse Kebab in Poland. The version in a bun costs 29 zlotys, while the lavash is 32 zlotys
The first Muala for a kebab place in Tricity

After the review, Książulo personally met with the owners and left a Muala sticker on the door of the establishment. This is a special mark from the blogger awarded to places with high food quality and a good price-to-product ratio. Ayla Gemüse Kebab became the first kebab establishment in Tricity to receive such a mark
The owners admitted that their goal from the very beginning was to get as close as possible to the taste of authentic Berlin Gemüse Kebab. Before opening, they traveled to Berlin, studied local establishments, and based their own recipe on that.
After the video publication, a buzz began
The effect of the review appeared almost immediately. The very next day, long lines formed in front of Ayla Gemüse Kebab.
Visitors reported that they came to Sopot specifically after watching Książulo's video. Some had known about the establishment before, but it was the blogger's recommendation that prompted their visit
Local residents note that just recently, orders could be received almost immediately, but now they have to wait over an hour and a half
Despite the long wait, most customers say they do not regret their visit
