Recently, on May 27, the Michelin Polska 2026 ceremony took place in Kraków. For the first time, the guide covered all of Poland. A total of 196 restaurants were included, of which 11 received stars.
The only restaurant in the country with two stars remains Bottiglieria 1881 in Kraków.
Among the ten restaurants with one star, one is located in Gdańsk — Arco by Paco Perez. This is the only Michelin-starred restaurant in Northern Poland.
— Located on the 33rd floor of the tallest building in Northern Poland, the restaurant offers a view of Gdańsk and the Baltic Sea. The cuisine is equally impressive: it is based on Polish products with Spanish flavors and elements of Italian influence. A great example is the exquisite pumpkin risotto, with the perfectly balanced amount of melted licorice, reminiscent of the chef’s childhood. The service is quick and attentive, and the wine list is a true gift for wine lovers, — notes the guide.
The restaurant Eliksir was also highlighted, which has retained the Michelin «Green Star» — an award for its eco-friendly approach, local products, and sustainable cuisine. This is the only such establishment in Poland.
Brut Bistro from Gdańsk was also included in the Bib Gourmand list for good value for money.
A total of 15 restaurants from Gdańsk are featured in the Michelin 2026 guide — from modern bistros to signature cuisine and hotel restaurants.
