On Sunday, May 3, a quarrel occurred on Biała Street in the Gdańsk district of Wrzeszcz, which ended in a beating. Video of the incident was sent to «Raport Trójmiasta,» after which the police arrived at the scene. However, the victim refused assistance and did not file a report.
On May 3, shortly before 1:00 PM, a reader of Trojmiasto.pl sent a recording of an attack on a man that took place on Biała Street
The recording shows a strong man first hitting the person standing in front of him with an open palm to the face. Then he briefly grabs him and pushes him, after which he delivers a sharp and strong headbutt directly to the face
The victim falls to the ground. After a brief conversation, he gets up, holding his nose and eye. He then hands an object (likely keys) to the aggressor, after which the latter leaves the scene
Policja otrzymała nagranie i udała się na miejsce zdarzenia
The editorial office of the portal immediately forwarded the video to the police. As reported by junior inspector Mariusz Chrzanowski, the duty officer promptly dispatched a patrol to the scene. The police station is located nearby — also on Biała Street
— The employees checked if anyone needed medical assistance and whether anyone intended to file a report. The man stated that he did not need medical assistance and did not intend to file a report. He was informed about the procedures in case he changed his mind, — clarified junior inspector Hżanowski.
He was headbutted in the face but didn't want police assistance
