Penguin Day with Cats at Promyk Shelter

The Promyk shelter for homeless animals invites you to an unusual event for Dzień Kota. This year, the celebration will take place in a special format — with the symbolic participation of Dzień Pingwina.
The main stars will be black-and-white cats, affectionately called "little penguins" by the staff. The face of the event is a cat named Sushi
The program includes: tours of the cat enclosures (large and small), workshops on making toys for cats, consultations with volunteers on animal care, a "cat corner" for interacting with pets, and light refreshments

Wampiriada NZS UG — Blood Donation

The largest student voluntary blood donation campaign in Poland. As every year, all those willing are invited to donate blood and help save lives — one unit of blood can save up to three people

PKO Gdynia Half Marathon

On Saturday, April 25, the streets of Gdynia will turn into a route for a unique run. 10,000 participants will run the half marathon. The first run on the city streets will be the PKO Gdynia 5K, scheduled to start at 5:00 PM. The half marathon will start at 8:30 PM.
Drivers, be prepared! There will be many road closures — details.
Match Lechia Gdańsk – Raków Częstochowa

The match Lechia Gdańsk – Raków Częstochowa will take place on April 25 at 17:30 at Polsat Plus Arena Gdańsk. Tickets for the match are available at this link. Two hours before the match starts, ticket sales will also open at the stadium box office.
In addition to the ticket, you must have an identification document to pass the participant check

Young Art Fair

The "Young Art Fair" after 24 successful editions across Poland finally debuts in Gdańsk. On April 25–26, the industrial space Plenum will be filled with works from over 50 artists from all over the country
This grassroots initiative from Kraków shows that the distance between the artist and the viewer is unnecessary. Unlike traditional galleries, the project focuses on authenticity and direct access to culture through live interaction with the authors
Here you can buy both small works: zines, stickers, posters, graphics; as well as more serious pieces: paintings and sculptures for private or business collections
The format is completely open, and you can even come with pets

XI Oliwskie Święto Książki

“XI Oliwskie Święto Książki” — a celebration of books and reading in the Oliwa district. The program includes: meetings with publishers, a literary competition, a poetic action "literary wash," workshops, a book fair, and bookcrossing
The organizers emphasize that the goal of the event is to promote reading, develop imagination, and provide access to culture without age or income restrictions. Regional publishers will be presented, often with advantageous prices.
