By 2027, the Voivode of the Pomeranian Voivodeship plans to implement a project aimed at foreigners, specifically «citizens of third countries applying for residence legalization in the Pomeranian Voivodeship office» (Gdańsk and Słupsk).
What is stated in the plans:
▪️ launching a 13-seat hotline for consultations (with methodological support from two department staff);
▪️ equipping 31 new workstations in the Department for Foreigners in Gdańsk and further equipping 6 more in Słupsk;
▪️ creating 14 training workstations;
▪️ developing an internal System for Foreign Citizens: new modules for process automation, as well as integration with MOS and a potential successor to EZD PUW and other systems;
▪️ organizing open days to promote the hotline;
▪️ organizing meetings for experience exchange among staff.
Essentially, the main focus is on organization and information, primarily through the hotline. The question remains whether this will affect the actual processing times of cases.
