The first swimming beach in Sopot opened on June 13 — at the beach by Łazienki Południowe (entrance No. 23). It will operate from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM. The other six beaches will start operating on June 27. During the peak season, all bathing areas will be open daily, and safety will be ensured by 30 lifeguards
In total, there are 45 entrances to the beaches, each marked with signs displaying numbers and QR codes leading to maps and useful information.
There will be 16 changing rooms available on the coast, as well as sand rinsing stations — 8 municipal ones and another 16 at food points. A new adapted toilet for people with disabilities has been operating at entrance No. 28 since the end of May (cost — 2 zł, free for holders of the Sopot card).
For children, there are identification symbols at the entrances and wristbands with parents’ phone numbers — these can be obtained from lifeguards and at points on the beach.
