A loud political scandal is unfolding in Poland following an attack on a Ukrainian couple in Wrocław. Prime Minister Donald Tusk made a strong statement at a Cabinet meeting and directly addressed President Karol Nawrocki, accusing some politicians of creating an atmosphere that fosters aggression towards foreigners

“Attacks on Ukrainians are a disgrace for Poland,” said the Prime Minister.
He noted that in recent months, aggressive statements directed at migrants and Ukrainians have increasingly been heard in public spaces, and politicians must clearly and unequivocally condemn violence
Address to Nawrocki
The most resonant part of the speech was the direct address to the Prezydent Polski.
“I am directly addressing President Karol Nawrocki to stop remaining silent on this issue,” said Tusk

The Prime Minister also criticized the activities of individuals associated with the federation GROMDA, which organizes bare-knuckle fights. One of the detained individuals, according to Polish media reports, may have ties to this circle.
