Today, around 3:00 PM, on Cieszyńskiego Street in the Chełm district, a man attacked a random passerby and fled. «It seems he aimed for the stomach but injured the person in the arm,» a witness to the incident said.
According to eyewitnesses, the attacker came out of one of the eateries in the pavilions and lunged at a random passerby with a knife.

According to the police, the 34-year-old victim sustained a minor arm injury. Medics provided assistance on the spot, and he refused further procedural actions.
Unofficially, it is known that the men were acquainted. The victim referred to the incident as a «personal matter» and did not want police intervention.
