Ryanair launches three new routes from Gdańsk: Madrid, Catania, and Budapest

The airline Ryanair is expanding its flight network from Gdańsk this autumn. Starting from the end of October 2026, three new direct routes will be available from Lech Wałęsa Airport in Gdańsk — to Madrid, Catania, and Budapest.

According to Gdańsk Airport, flights to Madrid will start on October 25 and will operate three times a week — on Mondays, Fridays, and Sundays. On the same day, flights to Budapest will commence with a frequency of four times a week — on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.

Flights to Catania in Sicily are scheduled to begin on October 26 and will also operate three times a week — on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Tickets are already available in the Ryanair booking system.

It is worth noting that some of these destinations are already served by the Hungarian low-cost airline Wizz Air, which previously launched flights from Gdańsk to Madrid, Catania, and Budapest. These routes remain among the most popular with passengers.

Earlier, we reported that LOT has also expanded its network. New destinations will include Oslo, Bergen, and Brussels.
