As of April 10, 2026, a walk along the most famous wooden pier in Europe has once again become a paid experience. The paid entrance to the resort's landmark will last until the end of September. Residents of Sopot can traditionally expect free access to the pier
It is important to remember that the hours for paid entry will change throughout the season. From April 10 to June 26, tickets are required from Sunday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, while on Fridays and Saturdays, entry is paid until 10:00 PM
The biggest changes are expected in the height of summer: from June 27 to the end of August, entry to the pier will be paid around the clock. In September, temporary restrictions will return: from Sunday to Thursday, paid entry from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and on weekends (Friday–Saturday) until 9:00 PM.
Ticket Prices
Prices remain unchanged. A regular ticket costs 10 zlotys, and a discounted ticket costs 5 zlotys. Holders of the Tourist Card can expect a 20% discount when purchasing an entry ticket. There are also concessions for seniors, as well as family and group tickets
Concessions for local residents and specific groups remain unchanged. Residents of the resort with an active Sopot Card can visit the pier for free all year round. Children under 3 years old and people with disabilities under 26 years old are also exempt from payment
To save time, it is advisable to use modern methods of purchasing tickets. The fastest option is to buy online at the website molo.sopot.pl. For those already on site, ticket machines are installed right at the entrance. Tickets can also be purchased at the tourist information points in Sopot.
