As of July 1, 2026, SKM has stopped selling tickets through the mPay app. For thousands of passengers in Trójmiasto, this means that the usual way of purchasing tickets is no longer available.
However, tickets purchased in mPay before July 1 remain valid until their expiration date. If their validity period extends beyond July 1, 2026, they will still be accessible in the app, and can be used in accordance with the purchase conditions and current transportation rules.
This means that passengers do not need to exchange tickets, repurchase them, or take any additional actions. Previously purchased tickets remain valid until the expiration date for which they were issued.
Tickets for PKP SKM can now be purchased through the Bilkom, Jakdojade, KOLEO, SkyCash, and System FALA apps, as well as on the websites bilety.skm.pkp.pl, bilkom.pl, koleo.pl, and systemfala.pl. Ticket offices, vending machines, and ticket sales by the train conductor are still operational.
