Ukrainian Nova Poshta expands its network in Poland: packages will be available for pickup at 15,000 Orlen Paczka points

Ukrainian Nova Poshta is expanding its delivery network in Poland thanks to a partnership with Orlen Paczka. The new partnership will give customers access to approximately 15,000 points for parcel collection and shipping across Poland

Now, through the Orlen Paczka network, it will be possible to send and receive packages of sizes S, M, and L weighing up to 20 kg. The storage period for shipments at collection points and parcel lockers will be three days.

The company Nova Poshta is already operating in the Polish market and continues to expand its presence. Currently, there are 122 branches in Poland, and in 2026, the operator plans to open about 300 new locations.

“We want to retain our current clients, continue to develop services for Ukrainians in Poland, and at the same time attract Polish clients,” said the head of Nova Poshta in Poland, Jakub Karoń.

The company does not plan to create its own network of parcel lockers, as the market for parcel machines in Poland is already close to saturation. Instead, Nova Poshta is focusing on collaboration with existing logistics operators.

Nova Poshta plans to enter the top 20 logistics companies globally

Last year, the Nova group processed 522 million shipments, of which 29 million were to European countries. The company currently ranks approximately 30th in the world among postal and courier operators.

By 2030, Nova Poshta plans to enter the top twenty largest logistics companies in the world and increase its shipping volume to 2 billion parcels per year.
