Two residents of Gdynia decided not to wait for the next transport and simply stole a tourist electric vehicle along with the passengers — while the driver went to the restroom
The men jumped behind the wheel, pressed the gas pedal to the floor, and sped through the city center. However, there was one small problem: along with the car, they also «kidnapped» eight tourists.
The passengers clearly did not plan for such an extreme excursion. Fearing for their safety, they began jumping out of the electric vehicle while it was still moving. All eight sustained minor injuries.
After driving about 100 meters, the car thieves apparently realized that the tourist trip was going a bit off plan. They abandoned the electric vehicle and ran away.

The men have been charged with briefly unlawfully taking a motor vehicle with a hooligan nature of the act. Now the court will decide their further fate.
