This Privacy Policy describes how the service trojmiasto.online (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) processes users’ personal data in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) and the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data.

1. Data Controller

  • Dane dobrowolnie podane w komentarzach, formularzach kontaktowych lub wiadomościach do zespołu redakcyjnego

4. Data recipients

Dane mogą być przekazywane do następujących kategorii odbiorców:

  • hosting provider (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany)
  • Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC — in the scope of Google AdSense ads, Google Site Kit, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console;
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — in the scope of CDN protection (if applicable)
  • state authorities — solely based on legal provisions

5. Data transfer outside the EEA

Niektórzy odbiorcy (Google, Cloudflare) mają siedzibę poza Europejskim Obszarem Gospodarczym. Transfer opiera się na standardowych klauzulach umownych zatwierdzonych przez Komisję Europejską oraz — w przypadku USA — programie Data Privacy Framework.

6. Retention period

  • server logs — up to 90 days;
  • analytical data — according to the settings of the respective tool (maximum 26 months)
  • komentarze i dobrowolne zgłoszenia — do momentu, gdy użytkownik zażąda usunięcia

7. User rights

The user has the right to: access data, rectify it, delete it, restrict processing, transfer it, object, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl). To exercise these rights, please contact: trojmiasto.online@gmail.com.

8. Google AdSense

The Service displays Google AdSense ads. Google, as an external provider, uses cookies to personalize ads. Users can manage their ad preferences at adssettings.google.com and review Google’s advertising policy.

9. Policy changes

The administrator reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy. The current version is always available at /polityka-prywatnosci/.
